The purpose of the association is the improvement of the Inflatable
and Amusement Operators of Oklahoma through education and
discussion about our industry. The association shall not be
operated for profit and no part of its net earnings shall benefit any
of its officers or members or of any private individual.

- The Members of the association shall be owners of
Inflatable game businesses
- An inflatable business making application for
membership shall pay to the association an application fee to
defray the indirect expenses of the association.
- Each year each company shall pay membership dues to
the association. For each calendar year the dues shall be $50
per voting member.
- Membership dues are due and payable on January 1 of
each year. Dues for the calendar year that are not paid on or
before April 15 of that year are delinquent. A company
delinquent in the payment of its dues is not eligible to vote at
the Semi-Annual or any special meeting.
- Companies must meet the Oklahoma, Department of
Labor, laws and Rules Governing Amusement Rides om
Oklahoma in order to stay active members of the association.
